1. USER INFORMATION

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

BECRISA 2011, S.L. is the DATA CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

To maintain a business relationship with the user. The operations planned to carry out the processing are:

  • Sending advertising commercial communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be made by the DATA CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
  • Carry out market research and statistical analysis.
  • Process orders, requests, respond to queries, or any other type of request made by the USER through any of the contact forms available on the DATA CONTROLLER’s website.
  • Send the online newsletter about news, offers, and promotions in our activity.

On what grounds can we process your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

  • With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
  • By the legitimate interest of the DATA CONTROLLER: conducting market research, statistical analysis, etc. and processing orders, requests, etc. at the USER’s request.

For how long will we keep your personal data?

They will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or there are legal prescriptions that dictate their custody and when it is no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or their total destruction.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

There is no provision for the communication of personal data to third parties unless it is necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The rights that assist the USER are:

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of their data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Los USUARIOS, mediante la marcación de las casillas correspondientes y la entrada de datos en los campos, marcados con un asterisco (*) en el formulario de contacto o presentados en formularios de descarga, aceptan expresamente y de forma libre e inequívoca, que sus datos son necesarios para atender su petición, por parte del prestador, siendo voluntaria la inclusión de datos en los campos restantes. El USUARIO garantiza que los datos personales facilitados al RESPONSABLE son veraces y se hace responsable de comunicar cualquier modificación de los mismos.

El RESPONSABLE informa de que todos los datos solicitados a través del sitio web son obligatorios, ya que son necesarios para la prestación de un servicio óptimo al USUARIO. En caso de que no se faciliten todos los datos, no se garantiza que la información y servicios facilitados sean completamente ajustados a sus necesidades.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

According to the provisions of the current regulations on personal data protection, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under their responsibility. They are also manifestly complying with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

The RESPONSIBLE PARTY guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS. They have also provided them with adequate information so they can exercise these rights.
